Guest Experiences: Highlights and Honest Insights

The Mosay All Suite Hotel has earned a strong overall rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 160 reviews, praised for its stylish design, attentive service, and peaceful ambiance. Many guests highlight the hotel’s modern aesthetic and the calming, adult-friendly atmosphere as major draws.

Guests frequently commend the food quality, describing it as delicious and varied, with particular appreciation for vegetarian options and the breakfast omelette station. The reception staff are noted for their warmth and helpfulness, often assisting with local advice and early check-ins.

However, some reviews share constructive feedback. The pools tend to be quite cold, which limits swimming time, and a few rooms have lighting issues near the bed that can disrupt sleep, though staff respond promptly to guest concerns. Storage space in rooms may be limited, especially for taller guests, and the mini-bar restocking is inconsistent.

Some guests experienced challenges with breakfast quality consistency and occasional slow service in dining areas, alongside issues with smoking in non-designated areas, which affected comfort for those sensitive to smoke.

The beach, while conveniently located, is rocky and may require waterproof shoes. The hotel’s approach to sunshade umbrellas has room for improvement, as their fixed positions offer limited relief from the sun during hot summer days.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing holiday. We went in late September and it wasn’t too crowded at all. We were worried about noise levels due to it being “adult friendly” rather than adults only, but there were no kids and overall very quiet and peaceful. We always got a sunbed regardless of what time of day we went to the pool or beach, and you can order food and drinks to your sunbed at any time. The food at this resort is delicious - the a la carte restaurant has huge variety and so tasty, great for vegetarians. They were always happy to make a vegetarian version of any meat or fish dish when we requested. The second restaurant has a different menu each day with a 3 course meal for €45pp which again had good veggie options. We read some negative reviews about breakfast but we loved it, there was huge variety and an omelette station where the chef made whatever eggs you wanted. Small gym but really good, modern equipment from technogym (cables, lat pulls, treadmills, rowing machine, dumbells, smith machine, leg curl machine). The spa treatments are pricey but lovely and worth the money - my masseuse was Fragislei and she was fantastic and so friendly. Downsides - the pools were always freezing, it was more like an icebath so most of the time no one went in for more than a couple minutes. The rooms are very nice, but the fire alarm constantly flashed a very bright green light right over the bed which was quite disruptive when trying to sleep - although we mentioned this to reception and they immediately sent housekeeping to stick some tape over a part of it, which helped a bit but it still was very bright - although we appreciated that they listened and tried to help. Although 99% of the staff were amazing, there was one lady at the service desk (a guest manager, didn’t have a name tag but short blonde hair with glasses) across from reception who spoke to us quite rudely when we requested a change in a taxi pickup time and made it clear that she was very annoyed at the ask. Apart from her, the staff were lovely and accommodating to us and we absolutely loved the stay.

Wonderful. Really great workmanship and design throughout the resort and the rooms. Genuinely impressed with the design of the communal areas which are lovely. The staff are wonderful. Very pleasant and peaceful until the weekend when restaurant, bar and beach music volume increases significantly, which suits some more than others.

Everything is new and modern, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is great, right in front of the beach with their own sunbeds and the pools are also very nice. The service was also very good, which made the stay even more pleasant. A couple of small downsides for us: we expected a bit more from breakfast. Not so much in terms of variety, but in quality as some dishes consistently felt a bit dry. Also, the umbrellas by the beach and pool don’t tilt or move, which makes it impossible to find shade in August heat. Overall, still a lovely stay but with small improvements it could be perfect.
